About the Founder

Peter Bainlardi is the founder of Bainlardi Management LLC and an entrepreneur with deep experience across business operations, real estate, and financial markets.

He is the owner and operator of The Lash Loft, a beauty services brand in New York City, The Cell Bar, a Miami Beach–based wellness company, and a mixed-use commercial and residential property management company in New York City.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Peter spent over a decade in senior leadership roles at global financial institutions, including serving as Global Head of USD Interest Rate Derivatives Trading at Barclays Capital, where he led large trading operations and managed complex risk and capital strategies.

He created Bainlardi Management LLC to bring the same level of financial discipline, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to the businesses and properties he operates — and to offer that approach to other owners seeking clarity, stability, and long-term value.
